A Breakfast Sandwich!!!

Ok, this is a GREAT alternative to those delicious McDonald's Egg McMuffins that is so delicious!

Here's what you need:
100 Cal OR High Fiber English Muffin (I usually get the Thomas')
Laughing Cow Cheese (any flavor as long as it's light)
1 egg white (you can have the whole egg- it's not too much more)
Low Sodium/Low Fat Ham (1oz [about 2 slices])

Instructions:
Toast english muffin
Spread 1/2 of a Laughing cow wedge on the muffin
Cook your egg and season with salt and pepper
Place all ingrediants on English Muffin and Enjoy!
